The Calisthenic Skill class is all about precision, progression, and body mastery. This focused session is designed to help you develop advanced bodyweight movements through structured skill work, strength development, and mobility drills.
Each week, you'll target a specific calisthenics skill—whether it’s handstands, levers, muscle-ups, or planche progressions—while continuing to reinforce the fundamentals of strength, control, and endurance.
Whether you’re working towards your first skill or refining more advanced movement, this class gives you the coaching, structure, and space to make it happen.
Note: All new members must complete a 1-to-1 introductory session before joining a calisthenics class, or join during our next Beginner Course intake.
