Our Beginner-Intermediate class is designed to take you beyond the basics. Whether you’ve just completed the Beginner Camp or you're familiar with functional training, this 60-minute session is perfect for developing control, coordination, and strength through structured calisthenics movements.

Each class focuses on refining technique, progressing core push/pull patterns, and introducing new movement challenges at a manageable pace. You’ll build strength that translates beyond the gym, with conditioning work included to improve endurance and overall fitness.

This is the ideal step up for anyone looking to build confidence in calisthenics while continuing to improve mobility, balance, and control.

Note: All new members must complete a 1-to-1 introductory session before joining a calisthenics class, or join during our next Beginner Course intake.
