This is where strength meets control. Our Intermediate–Advanced class is designed for those who already have a solid foundation in calisthenics and are ready to take their training to the next level.

Expect structured programming that challenges your strength, mobility, and endurance with advanced bodyweight movements, skill progressions, and conditioning. From explosive pull-ups to handstand drills and core-intensive flows, every session is carefully built to help you break plateaus and refine your technique.

It’s high-level training in a high-energy environment—with expert coaches guiding you every step of the way.

Note: All new members must complete a 1-to-1 introductory session before joining a calisthenics class, or join during our next Beginner Course intake.
