
Our Youth Calisthenics programme is designed to help young athletes build strength, confidence, and control through bodyweight training.
We introduce the core principles of calisthenics in a structured, supportive environment, with sessions that progress week by week. From basic movement patterns to skill development, participants gain a strong foundation in strength, mobility, and discipline - while having fun and learning to train with purpose.
Perfect for beginners or active teens looking to level up their performance.
Note: All new members must complete a 1-to-1 introductory session before joining a calisthenics class, or join during our next Beginner Course intake.
Each session includes drills, games, and technique-based exercises designed to improve strength, control, and flexibility.
Our coaches create a positive atmosphere where kids are encouraged to try new things, work together, and build confidence in their bodies.
Whether it’s learning a push-up or mastering a hanging hold, every movement is broken down and built up to suit each child’s ability and age.
