Our Youth Calisthenics programme is delivered in focused 5-week blocks throughout the year — designed to help young athletes build strength, confidence, and control through bodyweight training.

Each camp introduces the core principles of calisthenics in a structured, supportive environment, with sessions that progress week by week. From basic movement patterns to skill development, participants gain a strong foundation in strength, mobility, and discipline — while having fun and learning to train with purpose.

Perfect for beginners or active teens looking to level up their performance.

Note: All new members must complete a 1-to-1 introductory session before joining a calisthenics class, or join during our next Beginner Course intake.
